Differences in AdaptationEdit
- The initial scene with Milinda receiving Quenser's message differs from the novel. In the anime, Milinda receives the message while being massaged by a nurse. In the novel, she receives it while she's in the cockpit of the Baby Magnum waiting for it to be fitted with naval floats for a naval operation. Milinda almost causes an accident when she accidentally knocks one of the levers in the cockpit in her glee at the email.
- While in the novel the Tri-Core's affilition is completely unknown, in the anime it's speculated to be an Information Alliance Object that is concealing its affiliation due to its mission: helping terrorists.
- In the novel, Heivia's rifle jams after he and Quenser board the Tri-Core. When he tries to fix, it the Tri-Core's movements cause the rifle to fall apart, leaving him only with his handgun to defend himself and Quenser against the Tri-Core's soldiers.
